To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mysa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our website or services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us, if any, during the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) €100.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mysa and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your violation of these terms or your misuse of the service.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using our services, you acknowledge the practices described therein.
